If you choose to enter your name, it will be published on the project website (ihwcbc.omeka.net) for the purpose of giving you credit for your submission(s). Your submission, including your name, will eventually be given to the Irish National Folklore Collection in Dublin. "Benefits" of participation in the project are in the form of contributing to a national database and being the acknowledged author of your entry(ies) to be cited accordingly by those accessing your submitted data. The database will further an understanding of holy well sites and practices in Ireland and around the world.
